Cookie Policy
Reply Autopilot · Last updated: 20 July 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies (e.g. localStorage) store small amounts of data on your device. Under § 25 TDDDG and the GDPR, storing or reading non-essential data on your device requires your prior consent; strictly necessary technologies do not.
2. Cookies we use
At present, Reply Autopilot uses strictly necessary cookies only — needed to run the service you requested, so no consent is required for them:
| Cookie | Purpose | Type |
|---|---|---|
| Session / authentication | Keep you signed in (NextAuth) | Strictly necessary |
| Security (CSRF) | Protect against cross-site request forgery | Strictly necessary |
| Preferences | Remember basic UI settings (e.g. theme) | Functional / necessary |
These are first-party, strictly-necessary cookies (the NextAuth session & CSRF tokens) plus your saved UI preferences. No consent is required for strictly-necessary cookies.
3. We do not (currently) use analytics or marketing cookies
We do not load Google Analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies in the application. If we introduce any non-essential cookies in future, we will request your consent first via a cookie banner that lets you accept or reject each category, with reject as easy as accept, and we will update this page.
4. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in or using parts of the Service.
